Questions

Answers

Q1.What is the HP VirtualSystem VS3 Solution for Microsoft?
A1.HP VirtualSystem VS3 is an optimized solution designed to overcome virtualization complexity, deliver the fastest path to virtualized environments and the essential foundation for private cloud deployments.

By integrating infrastructure, virtualization software and services into a turnkey solution, customers harness the full potential of virtualized workloads faster than ever before.

HP VirtualSystem VS3 is designed with best-in-class components to deliver maximum performance, predictable results and accelerate time to application value.

Implementing a factory integrated turnkey HP VirtualSystem solution eliminates several steps in the deployment lifecycle, including the research, design, ordering and assembly of piece part components.

The open, modular design of HP VirtualSystem VS3 simplifies management with a single-pane-of-glass view into each layer of the virtualized stack, allowing IT managers to focus on innovation. Utilizing the industry’s leading blade architecture and storage technologies from HP, customers can leverage existing investments, eliminate expensive vendor lock-in and easily evolve to cloud.
Q2.Which HP products are bundled with VirtualSystem VS3 for Microsoft?
A2.HP VirtualSystem VS3 is based on and integrates fully with the leading HP Converged Infrastructure portfolio products: HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 management nodes, ProLiant BL460c Gen8 host nodes, Converged Storage (V3PAR F400), Insight Management Software and Networking.

VirtualSystem VS3 Solution for Microsoft, designed for high availability with no single point of failure, has fully redundant servers, networks and storage paths, conforming to the Microsoft Private Cloud Fast Track specification.
