When a controller is added during a CTO buildup, the appropriate cables are included and this kit is not required. When a controller is added during a CTO buildup, the appropriate cables are included and this kit is not required. This cable kit is only needed if a CTO customer upgrades to a Smart Array Controller after initial purchase; NOTE: An external diskette drive, USB floppy drive key or virtual FDD using LO100 Advanced Pack is needed to install storage controller drivers during a Windows operating system installation from a CD.
