One control rack and up to four data racks are the core of your solutions. Installation and HP 3yr 24x7 hardware and software support for the HP components are also included. Higher support levels are also available, including Mission Critical support. Licenses for SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse can be acquired from HP or Microsoft, or you may utilize existing Volume Licenses (VLs). Software support for the Microsoft software is to be purchased separately from Microsoft.
