Pre-built models are sometimes labeled as "Smart Buy" models and offer instant savings. They are pre-configured and ready to ship. You can view the pre-built models by selecting the "Models" tab above. A model that you "configure to order" is built in the factory just as you have specified on your order form. HP gives you the ability to define the component configuration of a product with the exact specifications you need before ordering.
