Each License to Use product delivers a Software Entitlement Certificate, including a Registration number used to obtain a license key good for the licensed capacity of Business Copy, Snapshot, and ShadowImage for Mainframe. Each License to Use product includes one (1) year of 24x7, two-hour response, HP Care pack Service, which includes phone-in assistance, License to Use, rights to new versions, documentation and access to the IT Resource Center.
