Overview

Departments, remote locations or satellite offices within medium to large organisations with decentralised, paper-intensive workflows that want to digitise documents for fast and easy sharing, archiving and retrieval in volumes up to 2000 per day.

Features

• This innovative device has been designed to ensure maximum productivity from day one. The touch-screen control panel – with an interface shared by other HP devices – provides easy access to all tools and can be administrator-configured.
• Improve efficiency and increase productivity by automating document workflows. Convert paper documents into easy to share, archive and retrieve digital files; scan to e-mail, network folders, fax services and printers at up to 46 images per minute.
• Transfer information from the HP 9200c Digital Sender to a secure folder using the secure send key. Authentication verifies the sender's identity, encryption protects files from outside access, and a final safeguard erases the device's hard drive.
