Solution Security description
Access to forms and services is controlled at a pre-user level. System only allows authorized users with activated pens to use the system. Access can also be controlled by creating and managing groups of users. User acess to the system, as well as print job information, can be secured by optionally using HTTPS. Service can be denied on a per-form, per-pen, per-user, or per-user group level. Pattern can also be locked to prevent any further use of pattern and avoid any document modification. There is no requirement of Internet access for the solution.
